SAHLA’s St Philips College Showcase Luncheon
     Time:  11:30 registration  Lunch @ Noon
      Price:  $25 members & guests (with reservations)
                $45 at the door with no reservation
      Maximum seating: 250
      Description of the event: Featuring Culinary, Hospitality & Tourism students
      and high students in Hospitality program across the city.  These students will
      be working alongside Hyatt’s Executive Chef and their banquet personnel
      to plan, purchase, prepare, present and serve a luncheon event that will be a
      first class experience for members and guests.

Note: Hoteliers are invited to attend the Trade Show at the adjournment of the luncheon.  Vendors attending the luncheon who are not exhibiting in the Trade Show will not be admitted on the show room floor out of respect to the exhibitors.

THLA/AAHOA/SAHLA Joint Trade Show
        Time: 12:00 - 7:00
       Price: $600 to members of any of the three organizations
                    A booth can be shared between two members
                $1000 non-members
       Fee includes:   Media, printed material, pipe and drape, lunchedon and
                            reception at the end of the show.           

Note:  Allied members from all three organizations are encouraged to exhibit in this show.  Featured exhibitors will include local, state and national companies. AAOHA hoteliers exceed 350; the 50+ THLA Board members come from all areas of the State;  SAHLA members are predominately from the San Antonio area.  Only vendors exhibiting in the Show will be permitted on the Trade Show floor out of respect for the exhibitors..  
        Reception:  7 pm will close the show
