HOTEL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Applications for membership are processed at the Board of Directors meeting held on the first Wednesday of each month. Payment of one year's dues is required to accompany the application. Checks are payable the SAHLA and can be mailed to the San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association at PO Box 830784, San Antonio, TX 78283. Payment can also be made with a credit card. This process is explained at the bottom of this form.

The Association uses e-mails to keep its members informed. As this is a company membership; the members of your staff are encouraged to participate in our projects, programs and activities. They will also receive emails pertaining to their particular job descriptions. Provide as many as you wish. (Sales, Housekeeping, Engineers, Human Resources, Catering, etc

Membership Dues

Hotel dues are assessed on a graduating scale determined by the number of rentable property units. A minimum of $75 applies to all properties with less than 50 units. Applications received July 1st and October 31st will pay 1/2 of the basic rate; however a minimum fee of $75 is required with any application. Applications submitted in November and December will pay the full amount and will not be billed again until the end of the following year.

Small luxury hotels and resorts - $250
Small hotels with less than 50 room: $75
50 to 99 rooms: $2 per unit
100 to $199 rooms: $2.50
200 to 299 rooms: $3 per unit
300 and up: $3.50 per unit
