YOU ARE PURCHASING A ONE-NIGHT CERTIFICATE THAT CAN BE USED FOR A FUTURE STAY AT THE HOTEL YOU HAVE CHOSEN. WE DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATIONS - WE ONLY SELL THE CERTIFICATES!
The room nights offered in this program have been donated by our local hotels to raise money for the six non-profit organizations listed below. There are limitations on these certificates that you must recognized and accept before you purchase them.
#1 You cannot use them right away. The hotel may require as many as five workings days advance notice to book a reservation using our certificates. Payment is made to a third party, therefore we can not accept returns, make exchanges or refunds.
#2 You cannot use the hotel's central reservation system to book a reservation using our certificates; you must call the specific phone printed on the certificate to make a valid reservation.

About our program:
This is the fourth year the San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association has offered discounted room nights, amusement tickets, entertainment and other items to the public as a means of raising large sums of money to support agencies who strive to improve the quality of life for the citizens of our community. In three short years, SAHLAngels has distributed $200,000 to 16 local agencies. Our goal - with your help - is to reach $100,000 in a single year to continue our goals to help those need.

Our program is extremely unique. The room nights offered come directly from the General Managers of our donor hotels. The certificates - unlike others of this type - are valid for one full year, are offered at prices 40% to 50% less than the normal rate plus they have been deemed "tax exempt" by the Texas Comptroller's office. In most cases, you will be contacting a member of the GM's personal staff to place your reservations (Monday - Friday during normal working hours); the hotel's Central Reservation and the Front Desk personnel cannot process these orders. Please remember that your room nights are subject to availibilty and holiday restrictions and require a minimum of 5 - 10 days advance notice to request a reservation.
