Bed Making Contest - Hotel Registration

Please provide the basic information so that we can register your hotel in the contest. Contestant name(s) and the exact number of entries can be supplied at a later date. We are working on prizes and goody bag items, so the closer we can get to the number of contestants, the better we can plan for the prizes and items for their bags!

Contest staged INSIDE in the ballroom!

Event Time: Registration: 11 am - 12pm Note: The entire team can be registered by the Executive Housekeeper or Team Leader, Contestants should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled competition round.

Contest begins promptly at 1 pm

Cash Prizes to the winners. The number and size of these awards will be determined by the final number of entries in the contest.

Note: 2010 winners 1st Place $500, 2nd $400, 3rd $300, and $100 each to 4th, 5th and 6th place.

PLUS $50 to the next 10 places.

How can we get you involved in this event:

Serving on the organizing committee (one meeting only)
Helping set the rules for the contest (one meeting)
Serving as a contest judge (limited service - many will be asked to do this)
Can you "work on" your GM to be a judge?
Would your GM participate in a "quick" celebrity bed making contest?

The Contest

There is no limit to the number of applicants you can register from your hotel. The fee is $25 per contestant for the first four entries; registering five or more will reduce the price to $20 per person. [Fees for the contest will be used as prize money for the winners.]

Entry and payment deadlines

Fees must be paid in advance by either hotel check or credit card. The payment deadline is set for September 9th. You can change/substitute the names of your enties up to September 12th by 5 pm.
